Questions about pricing
Can I try Noctie before paying?
Yes — every plan starts with a free 7-day trial. You get the full Noctie (feedback, flashcards, openings, lessons, all of it) with no charge until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then without paying a thing. If you just want to find your level, the rating test is free without starting a trial.
Why isn't there a free version anymore?
We want to focus on providing value for premium users, and replacing the free mode with a free trial of all the premium features seemed like the best way to give prospective users a taste of that value, while simplifying our implementation and experimentation considerably – important for us as a small team.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
Exactly the same Noctie — the yearly plan just costs about 40% less per month because you pay for the year up front (€100 instead of €168).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. If you subscribed on the web, manage or cancel your plan from your account (web billing runs through Lemon Squeezy). If you subscribed in the iOS or Android app, cancel through your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Either way, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Is there student or regional pricing?
Regional pricing is available for many regions through the Android and iOS app store – go check the native app out to see if it applies to you.
Which devices does my plan cover?
One account works everywhere — web, iOS and Android. Your games, flashcards and progress stay in sync across all of them.
